Rotor and impeller refurbishments.
For rotors of non-centrifugal screw pumps, it is worth asking for a refurbishment quote if the diameter is over 80 mm and the rotor is chrome-plated.
Rotor reconditioning brings savings and is done by removing the chrome, fill welding, grinding and rechroming. Please enquire about the possibility of reconditioning your rotor.
Ceramic plating can also be done on other wearing surfaces such as rotors, pump nests, conveyor screws and other wearing surfaces.
Refurbishment services can repair an already worn surface, or prevent new surface wear.
